I’m Andy Walker, and helping people with their real estate questions is my job. I really enjoy it, too! As a REALTOR since 1989, I’ve been fortunate to build a strong business because of the relationships created with my friends and clients. I’m able to efficiently help them because of my experience and would be honored to discuss any of your real estate issues or interests.
Our company was founded in the early 1900s, and we have a long history of providing valuable services to thousands of people. In my career, I have represented clients that have closed nearly 1,000 transactions totaling more than $270,000,000. They have helped me maintain standing in the Top 1% of agents in our area for a long time, and I’m very grateful.
I graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC in 1986. I’ve been with Bollin Ligon Walker REALTORS my entire real estate career and became a partner in 1996. In addition to serving my clients, I have served the REALTOR association in various roles, including president of the Central Carolina REALTOR Association and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS and on the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS. In 2022, I was honored to be inducted into the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Hall of Fame. I am married to the former Elizabeth Hopkins of Columbia, and we have three children – Ginny, Andrew, and Margaret.
